written and recorded over a three year span, in a cabin in west virginia, a childhood home, a quiet apartment, a familiar studio, and everywhere else in between.

a very self-referential record speaking to the frustration of making something while in the act of making it, fixing an airplane mid flight. growing older and dissatisfied with what work is to this name and finding excitement in thawing out and stretching every limb again.
